Returns and refunds
What is your returns policy?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know if you’d like to return an item. Once you’ve contacted us, you’ll then have another 14 days to send it back.
Please reach out via emailing us at Customerservicebade@gmail.com for our return address. Please make sure to include your order number inside the parcel, without it we won’t know the parcel is yours and won’t be able to complete the refund .
Return shipping costs are not covered by us, so we recommend using your local post office with a tracked service.
Can I return opened products?
For hygiene reasons, all items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with seals intact.
We’re unable to refund or exchange opened products. This includes glues and liquids, which are non-returnable once purchased.
What if my order is damaged or faulty?
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know within 28 days of receiving it. We’ll provide a return label and once we’ve checked the item, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
As soon as you place your order, we start processing it so it can reach you as quickly as possible! Because of this, we’re unable to make changes to the order, including address updates or cancellations.
If needed, you can place a new order or return any items you no longer want.
How long does it take to get a response?
We aim to respond as quickly as possible. However please allow up to 72 hours for a reply, and note that our customer service team is unavailable on Sundays.
