Shipping and delivery

Place your order before 11am for same-day shipping. Weekend orders (after 11am Friday) will be sent the following Monday.

Standard Delivery– UK delivery with Royal Mail’s 24 hour shipping service. Typical delivery time is 1–3 working days, though in rare delayed cases it may take up to 7 business days. Free shipping is available for customers spending over £100 (UK orders only).

Next Day Delivery – UK delivery with Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm shipping service. Typical delivery time is the next working day, though in rare delayed cases it may take up to 3 business days.

Please note that next day delivery is not guaranteed if delays occur with Royal Mail and this is unfortunately out of our hands.

International Shipping – International orders are sent with Royal Mail. Delivery times vary depending on customs checks and procedures. Additional customs fees may apply based on the destination country.

Collection – We are open for collections: Monday – Sunday, 9am - 5pm

Collections take place from: DA1, Dartford, Kent (full address given after purchase)
